We try and stock the popular Fender parts. The stock changes everyday. Although we place an order each month, many parts have to be ordered 4+ months in advance. If it's a popular item and not in stock, chances are its on order.
N.B. Not everything is available as a part. e.g. Fender Do Not Sell S1 switches, Necks or Guitar Bodies.

We only List Items that are in Stock and ready for delivery.

- Can I pay over the phone?
We have just added the ability to pay through HSBC card processing instead of having to phone up. This is our preferred method of payment. We still have the ability to take a card payment over the phone, but most customers want to keep their details private. If you want to pay over the phone, please send us a message and we will try and make someone available in the next 24 hours. ( Mon - Thurs ).

- I am having a problem paying by Paypal
We are finding 1 in 20 Customers are having problems paying by Paypal. They tend to get a time out message. The problem is with Paypal and not our site. If you are having a problem we can do the following to help.
1/ We can take a card payment over the phone.
2/ We can send you a Paypal Invoice to your E mail.

- Do you ship outside the EU?
Sorry at this moment in time we only ship to the EU. We will look at Worldwide shipping in 2007

- I have a question regarding delivery times
All orders are posted within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds. The rest is down to the Royal Mail. To give you an idea 70% of UK customers paying in a morning receive their order the next day. Also have a look at our Customer Comments section re speed of delivery.

- Do you have a particular T-Shirt in my size?
Please check the description of the listing first as it may say only available in a particular size. If it does not say this then ask the question. We order T-Shirts once a month and try and plan ahead, so if we do not have it, it may be due in any day.

- Can I collect my order?
Sorry we only sell be mail order. Giving the customer the ability to collect items would mean putting prices up to cover the costs involved.

- Can I phone you to discus a possible order?
We want to be able to offer the best prices and the fastest service. By allowing customers a phone service would mean putting prices up to cover the costs. Also customers would end up getting a slower service, as we would not be able to get as many orders out in a day.

- Can I post cash?
The safest way is to vistit the Post Office and buy a postal order with the cash. This works out cheaper than sending cash by special delivery.
